Bigpoint reveals Battlestar Galactica title

A free-to-play Battlestar Galactica MMO has reportedly been announced by Bigpoint and a deal has been struck to see it appear on the SyFy website. The game is part of the German developer’s plans to open an office in San Francisco and target American players.
It follows the storyline of the popular TV series and will allow players to engage in spaceship battles in 3D, according to GamesBeat.
At this week’s Game Developers Conference in the US, Bigpoint will be showcasing games which allow PC players to interact with gamers using another platform, such as the iPhone.
Bigpoint has 110m registered users and runs 50 games, which are free-to-play and monetised through virtual goods transactions.
The upcoming Battlestar Galactica game will be distributed in the summer across a number of websites, including SyFy.

You need to look into the workings of the game “DarkOrbit”.
The support team never seem interested in anything we (the paying customers) have to say, they just sweep most of our complaints under the carpet. I have been unable to play the game on 3 occasions because of coding errors and have dropped in rank by what cost me roughly over £100 and hard work to attain. Not once did I receive an apology or any form of compensation. Therefore, I have wasted money on your game. I call it being robbed.
And the support team constantly accused me of being a cheat that was later proven to be another coding error. You need to keep more of an eye on your support team and inchat mods/admin.
I was once told by a support member that even if I attempt to go higher with this that any email will only end up back with them, that’s how obnoxious they can be. “Fine, any communication in english gets back to the english supporters anyway,
nevermind where you sent it”
The chat admin/mods need to be vetted more closely than they already are, they ban people mostly for no reasonable reason, most of them can’t even string a sentence together and don’t understand the context of most words.
There are so many complaints that are swept under the carpet by your so-called support team.
Just as you are posting your advertisements on the net, I too am posting my complaints on the net. I believe it to be my duty in protecting the unsuspecting public against the treatment received from employees of bigpoint.
Every rip-off, scam-site on the net is going to hear about the following. I am sick and tired of them using a bug as an excuse.
“This site has a gold premium package that costs £35 for 12 months use, they are giving people 9 months use in the hope that people won't notice seeing as it continues to the next year if not cancelled. I unexpectedly cancelled mine which they didn't notice, and a month later my premium ended after only 9 months. When I noticed this, they deleted my account after I have spent hundreds of pounds on their site. They didn't like the fact that I discovered their scam and have covered their tracks.”
DarkOrbit is running one big scam and their coders are useless, maybe you at bigpoint did or didn’t know about this but, I suggest you look into this. Although, I know it will all be denied.

I agree! I have been threatened by "customer service" because I sent two separate tech support forms (for two separate issues) and the "customer service rep" threatened me with discipline when I asked for another rep (I'd hoped someone else there was professional). I have sent a complaint and expect my account to be killed.

Well I have had my account suspended because they cancelled a purchase I made for uridium with a pre-approved card!
Now the funny thing is they accepted 3 more purchases after that one, then they suspended my account for lack of funds ! So I tried to resolve this with their customer care team because to be honest Billing support is about as uselees as tits on a boar. No one can assist me, I sent them my statement that MasterCard sent me and no response.
I can't believe how they treat the people who support the site! A gold premium, over $800.00 in 2 months, and one day I go to log in and my account is suspended, no warnings , no communication, nothing! My only recourse was customer care and they cant even get one of their supervisors to e-mail me! They cant do a thing because billing is out of their hands.
So to avoid any more issues ( In my statement it clearly shows that they took out more funds than they should have )I cancelled my card and closed the account.
So how can you cancell a transaction then accept the very next one done 2 days later? On teh same account! I tried explaining this to them, what goes on in teh background when you use a card is beyond my control, all I can control is the funds that are deposited into that account and my statement clearly demonstrates that I did! Yet because they tried pulling out more money and cancelled it my account was short. They caused the problem and are demanding I pay for it!
I got this card only for that site! the only transactios showing are BigPoints!
The last time I tried logging in ( this is the only way you know theres a pronlem! ) I was practically accussed of fraud by the web page they coded to pop up! I think BigPoint is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with.
prevent people from accessing something they paid for unless they pay for a mistake they made! Doesnt that sound like extortion to you ?
I have all my records and e-mails. I can provide proof for everything I have just stated! I have receipts for that account and I have teh statements! I have the screenshots of the purchases I made because you dont get to express anything with Billing, you just get to upload a GIF,JPG or PDF file ! no other recourse is available for teh paying customer!
So yeah great site! Wasted my time and money , and thsi because I wanted to spend some time on line with my niece and nephew! Great familly company !
So by all means people join, just dont buy anything , especially if you have had that account for a while because they could cancell your pruchase at any time and this is what they use to justify locking you out!
if you dont believe me then ask yourselves this, why do they advertise over 34 million usres, yet there's no more than 36,000 users online at any given time? How many accounts do they suspend??
What if this had happened to child! Seriously they are boderline extortionists! Someone should investigate that company !
