Mousebreaker Flash development competition deadline nears
Mar 1st 2010 at 12:29 by Will Freeman

The April deadline for Mousebreaker's Sports Game Competition is drawing close, meaning budding and seasoned games developers have just a few weeks to create and submit a Flash title. As well as a generous cash prize, the winning title will also feature prominantly on the popular Mousebreaker portal, which is most renowned for hosting sport-themed games.
The competition, which is open to student developers, bedroom coders and professionals, is set to award the winning entrant and £3500 prize, with a runner up presented with £1500. Mousebreaker will not need to secure rights to source code or an exclusive license, so as long as the title is accompanied by a competition logo, the developer can upload their creation elsewhere.

In short, games must be built in Flash, compiled into a .SWF file, and reach the contest's host before the April 9th deadline.
