Bookworm joins the 59p club
Aug 3rd 2009 at 12:54 by Ben Parfitt

Wordsmiths looking for some top-quality iPhone word game action will be delighted to hear that publisher PopCap has dropped the price of its recently released puzzle title Bookworm to 59p this week.
The sale is to celebrate the recent release of PC title Bookworm 2.
The move mirrors the trend PopCap itself began when it slashed triple-A casual outing Peggle from £2.99 to 59p in June – a move that saw the title shoot to the top of the Paid App listings on Apple’s digital portal.
Bookworm currently sits at number 15 in Apple’s paid-for chart.
