Jul 3rd 2009 at 14:28 by Ben Parfitt

Japanese publisher Capcom is to pillage its supremely rich back-catalogue of retro titles for a slew of releases on Sony’s PlayStation Network, all of which will be playable on both PS3 and PSP.
Two collections form part of the offering – Capcom Classics Collection Remixed and Capcom Classic Collection Reloaded, both of which have been previously available on UMD. Included are the likes of Final Fight, Bionic Commando and Street Fighter.
Other UMD titles making their way to the service include Mega Man Powered Up, Power Stone Collection, 2D fighter Darkstalkers, Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max and Mega Man Maverick Hunter X.
Three PSOne games are also on the way – Dino Crisis, Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
The release dates have not yet been finalised.
