Casual games set to harness UK box office chart successes
Jun 4th 2009 at 11:23 by Will Freeman

The latest UK box office returns charts feature a number of films supported by casual titles, which could mean a peak in sales for a number of recently released games.
The Jonas Brothers film has entered the charts at the number 10, which should provide a significant boost to the new casual game based on the brand.
Hannah Montana: The Movie continues to entertain vast numbers, and its position at number five in the box office charts is bound to increase sales of the wide range of games related to the film. Star Trek, which is supported by an Xbox 360 download game, is a position above Hannah Montana.
Finally, for the second week running, Night at the Museum 2 topped the cinema charts, which should help the game climb from its current position at 35 in the UK all-format software sales rankings.
