Bellrock Media has announced that it has appointed former Endemol man Jon Vlassopulos as the CEO of its US subsidiary Moderati Inc where he will be tasked with heading up the firm’s new initiatives in branded entertainment and digital entertainment.
MarketWatch reports that Vlassopulos served at Big Brother, Ready Steady Cook, 8 Out of 10 Cats and Deal or No Deal creators Endemol as senior VP of Digital Media and Branded Entertainment, and was responsible for building the company’s digital business and expanding its operations into new sectors such as casual gaming.

“It is clear that the future of digital media and advertising are blending and I am excited to be tasked with creating a next generation global media company that delivers value to content providers and brands across all digital platforms," Vlassopulos stated.
“The team at Moderati have done a great job so far and I look forward to building on the foundation they have put in place.”
