High School Musical 3 lands in the UK
Oct 7th 2008 at 15:12 by Tim Ingham

The High School Musical circus has come to town, as fans brace themselves for the UK premiere of the third movie tonight – and the inevitable gaming spin-off (and Christmas No.1 contender) from Disney.
Disney will release High School Musical 3: Senior Year at Christmas on DS, whilst it will bring High School Musical 3: Senior Year Dance! to PC, PS2, Wii and Xbox 360 at the same time.
The latter allows players to ‘dance’ along with favourite characters to familiar High School Musical songs from all three movies. Players ‘groove’ to the rhythm of the series’ songs, including We’re All In This Together and What Time Is It? – and can customise their own Wildcat, using a variety of outfits, shoes and hairstyles.
High School Musical 3: Senior Year is the series' first cinema release, after two TV outings.
It will debut at the Empire Leicester Square in London tonight. According to ITN, around £500,000 worth of cinema tickets have already been sold – making the movie's debut more popular initially than Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
