Buffy MMOG in development

Twentieth Century Fox is working with The Multiverse Network to create a massively multiplayer game based on Buffy the Vampire Slayer
The project was confirmed by producer Jon Landau during his keynote speech at the Virtual Worlds Conference & Expo.
Interestingly the game will be playable in either a fully rendered 3D world or via a 2D Flash interface, with users able to fully interact across both 'formats'.
The Buffy MMOG will go into beta later this year and will eventually launch within the developer's Multiverse Places social network.
