Disney prepares Christmas line-up
Aug 28th 2008 at 14:50 by Christopher Dring

Disney Interactive Studios has paraded its fourth quarter line-up in celebration of its third birthday.
Games on display at its August anniversary bash included Disney Sing it!, High School Musical: Dance, the recently announced Disney Think Fast and Ultimate Band.
All were available to play by families and journalists alike and the publisher celebrated with goodie bags, cake and a free massage.
“The event shows just how varied, innovative and exciting our forthcoming line-up is,” said vice president and managing director of DIS Thierry Braille.
“We are making games that the whole family can enjoy playing together. The press response has been overwhelmingly positive, and it is good to see so many people singing, dancing and having fun.”
Disney’s Christmas line-up includes Think Fast, which is a quiz-based game for PS2 and Wii, and features Disney-based questions and popular Disney characters. High School Musical: Dance, which is a dancing title for Wii and DS and will tie into the upcoming cinema release, and the SingStar-inspired Disney Sing It!, which invites gamers to sing along to popular Disney tunes on multiple platforms.
But the biggest hit at the event had to be Ultimate Band, set to release next year. The music-based title encourages gamers to use the Wii Remote and Nunchuck as a guitar or drum set.
