Zeeby Awards announced for Casual Connect

Casual Games editorial site Gamezebo and the Casual Games Association have announced that the second annual Zeebys Awards Show will be held at Casual Connect Seattle on July 24th, 2008.
This year’s Zeebys theme as ‘Casual Games Giving Back’, and Gamezebo and the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation are working together to give back to the community.
Starlight is a non-profit US charity that uses entertainment, education and family activities to improve the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families.
“The Zeebys are proud to partner with the Casual Games Association, SomaTone Interactive Audio, Lifetime Network, Pearl Research and TriplePoint to benefit the families of Starlight," says Joel Brodie, CEO of Gamezebo and founder of the Zeebys.
“It has been an important year for us in the casual games space, so we look forward to celebrating it at the Zeebys and sharing our success with those in need.”

The Zeebys reward the best in casual games as voted by the general public. With the voting period extended through July 11, 2008, anyone is invited to vote for their favorite casual games of 2007 by clicking here.
Winners will be revealed at the awards show on Thursday, July 24, 2008 from 6:30 – 8:00 PM in the Taper Auditorium located inside Benaroya Hall, Seattle.
